Linda Muralt practices in all areas of workers’ compensation defense, insurance defense, liability litigation, and probate. Her primary focus is setting up estates, obtaining court approval of settlements of minors and establishing guardianships for incapacitated adults.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Muralt worked in the insurance industry for 18 years in sales, underwriting, service, and adjusting medical and property and casualty claims. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and Stetson University College of Law.
