Our Liability Practice Department defends cases involving all torts including auto negligence, premises liability, commercial and personal lines, arson, fraudulent claims, third party liability and PIP/UM. Our Liability Practice Department also handles insurance coverage litigation, including first and third party property coverage, extra-contractual (bad faith), and errors and omissions.
